A support group for moms who want to understand their children’s behavior, explore  how their story impacts their parenting experience, and build a connected relationship  while navigating the exhausting and beautiful years of early childhood.

The toddler and preschool years are full of big emotions, growing independence, constant  testing of limits, and significant developmental change. They can also bring out some of the  strongest emotions in us as parents.

This group is an opportunity to slow down and ask:

  • What is my child communicating through their behavior?
  • How do I set boundaries without sacrificing connection?
  • Why do certain behaviors trigger such strong reactions in me?
  • What does healthy discipline look like?
  • How can I become the kind of parent I want to be, even when I am tired, overwhelmed,  or triggered?

Join us for a 6 week virtual group led by Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Julie Hotalen, as  we explore these questions together, strengthen our connection with our children, and grow in  community.
